Harvest Festival
Our year end Harvest Festival & Fiddle Jam was an amazing weekend!
Our Fiddle Jam on Saturday afternoon was beautiful. Randy & Barb Jones, from the Alberta Fiddlers Assoc. were on hand to help out with the jam. Phil Lethbridge & Eddie Dietrich were on hand to show the young fiddlers what years of experience can do for the sound of your fiddle. They were so amazingly tasty. The Kiester Family Fiddlers made a road trip for the first time without their parents. Man can those girls fiddle. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to join us. And thanks to Mom & Dad.
Ronan Kunkel also joined in. That young man is coming along just fine with his fiddle abilities.

The Harvest Festival had everyone competing in 3-legged races, gunny sack races, tug of war, scarecrow making and the ever popular, corn shucking contest. Thank you to all the families who attended. It was so much fun.

Opening Weekend
So many great folks attended our 25th year opener. We had the great group from Lethbridge, the Sunny South Good Sams. What a fun bunch of folks. We also had the honor of celebrating Grandma Hummelle's 75 Birthday. What a classy lady and what a nice family she has. The Seiger family from Calgary were here with their freinds.
And so many more.
The 25th season has officially begun. Come on out this season and be a part of the Barn Dance History.

Barn Birthday 2010

July 3rd saw the Barn celebrate it's 98th birthday. What a great weekend. So many fun families and folks. On Saturday the Barn had Mr. Mysterio, a very funny and talented magician. The Candadian Rocky Mountain Cloggers were here and put on a great show.
Buckshot & Benny the Bear were here for another side splitting funny show. The Barn Dance Kids and the Allstars rounded out the afternoons entertainment. Then we ate and were entertained by one Alberta's great young singers Kayla Patrick. What a Show!!
Then we danced the night away inside and out with the Barn Dance All Stars Upstairs and Rockin' Ronny on the outdoor dance floor. We then said good night with a nice fireworks show.
Thank you to all the entertainers and folks who came to celebrate the Barn's Birthday.

Cruisin With The Barn
We are please to announce that The Barn Dance will be heading out on the ocean again.
February of 2011 will be our cruising date.
