Barn Birthday 2010

July 3rd saw the Barn celebrate it's 98th birthday. What a great weekend. So many fun families and folks. On Saturday the Barn had Mr. Mysterio, a very funny and talented magician. The Candadian Rocky Mountain Cloggers were here and put on a great show.
Buckshot & Benny the Bear were here for another side splitting funny show. The Barn Dance Kids and the Allstars rounded out the afternoons entertainment. Then we ate and were entertained by one Alberta's great young singers Kayla Patrick. What a Show!!
Then we danced the night away inside and out with the Barn Dance All Stars Upstairs and Rockin' Ronny on the outdoor dance floor. We then said good night with a nice fireworks show.
Thank you to all the entertainers and folks who came to celebrate the Barn's Birthday.

A Haunted Halloween!!!
It was a night of great coustumes and dancing. We had so much fun with some great people. The McKinnon Family was here from Dalmead and a great group of exchange students from Pincher Creek. Thanks to everyone who attended. See ya next year.

Amazing July at the Barn






From the Family Music Festival to the Metis Gathering, July was an amazing month. So many great families and groups. The young ladies from Rosemary were a fun group. The entertainers at the Family Music Festival, Lizzy Hoyt, Down to the Wood, The Barn Dance Allstars, The Abrams Brothers, Trace Bundy, The Barn Dance Sweethearts, The Kiester Family Fiddlers, Michael Bridge, Valdy and Gary Fjellgaard, Mary Ellen & Ed, Buckshot, Mr. Mysterio, and all the volunteers and staff were truly amazing. Can hardly wait for August. Thanks to all who were here this month, you truly made it the best July at the Barn ever.
