Music Camp Important Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Families are welcomed and encouraged. Min. age of 6 years to attend music workshop. Youth 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please inform your booking agent of any food allergies/medical concerns AT TIME OF BOOKING.
- Campers are expected to arrange for their own accommodations. GCBD is a family Campground with 86 power/water RV sites and several tenting sites-please book in advance. GCBD does not provide any camping gear, lawn chairs or equipment.
- There is a shower house on site for all guests of GCBD.
- There is a general store located 5 minutes from GCBD in Hill Spring, basic groceries can be purchased here. Major shopping centres are ½ hour away in Pincher Creek, Fort Macleod and Cardston.
- Music Camp activities are intended for registered participants only. Friends and family of music campers are welcome to attend evening Jam sessions.
- On site canoes, rowboats, horseshoes, sports field, playground and volley ball net are complimentary to all GCBD campers.
- All guests staying on site will be provided with information on local point of interest and family friendly activities.
- Campers are encouraged to join in the fun during our Wednesday night Barn Dance and Thursday night Western Legends Dinner and Show.
- The Great Canadian Barn Dance offers meals as outlined in our meal packages. The facility does not have a cafeteria; there is indoor and outdoor space available for group meal times.
- Discipline and supervision of youth and children is the sole responsibility of parents and/or caregivers. Disrespectful language/behavior is not permitted. All music campers are required to fill out and sign a waiver to be submitted to the Barn Dance office upon arrival.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings or in Barn vicinity. Alcohol is permitted on personal RV site only.
